1. Written Staging Consultation
Your property stylist will meet you at your house and provide you with a step-by-step written plan of action. We will also discuss specifics and priorities so everyone involved in clear on what needs to be done!

2. Walk and Talk Staging Consultation
Rather than preparing a written report, your property stylist will simply walk through the house with you and discuss! This service is ideal for people who retain information better verbally or prefer to take their own notes.

Is the house empty?
Perhaps it was a rental, a new build or you’ve already moved out?
Buyers have a hard time envisioning potential in a vacant house. Especially if there’s an oddly shaped room or a room with minimal wall space. The house can be in excellent condition but nobody will know what to do with it- where their couch will fit, how to position the bed in a room full of windows, etc!
Let us bring the house to life with furniture, artwork, decor and all the small touches that will make buyers feel at home!

Furniture, Artwork & Decor Rentals
From the in-home consultation, we already know there are some items that need to be added to complete your spaces! This could be the case of an odd shaped room that is empty because you never knew what to do with it, a bar that you never found the right stools for or the feature room of the house that doesn’t have proper (or perhaps any) artwork to help show it off! I will provide you with an estimate based on what you need.
