Apartment Model Suites
Beginning several years ago, I started working with one of eastern Canada’s largest owners of residential apartment buildings. We’ve been curating beautiful model suites for this company! Our goal is to “sell” the atmosphere and lifestyle to potential renters walking through, in hopes that they will decide to live there. Because this market is so niche, we’re able to personalize the spaces a bit more than we normally would in real estate staging. I love these projects for many reasons… besides working with some of the most fabulous people, these projects encompass a bit of selling and living aspects. We have a specific target market that we design the spaces for depending on the demographic of each building.
